Cancellation conditions
Since fair dealings with each other are important to us even in the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply.
Individual booking
Up to 24 hours before arrival free of charge, thereafter 100% of the contractually agreed price
Package booking
Up to 31 days before arrival: free of charge
30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the contractually agreed price
14 to 8 days before arrival: 80% of the contractually agreed price
7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the contractually agreed price
Easter & Christmas packages
Up to 30 days before arrival free of charge, thereafter 100% of the contractually agreed price

By car
- Coming from the north and south: take the A7 motorway (Kassel-Würzburg-Ulm) and exit at Hammelburg/Bad Kissingen or Bad Kissingen/Oberthulba.
- Coming from the west: take the A3 (Frankfurt-Würzburg) and change to the A7 (Kassel-Würzburg-Ulm) at the Biebelrieder Kreuz junction.
- Coming from the east: take the A70 (Bamberg-Schweinfurt) or the A71 (Erfurt-Schweinfurt) and exit at Bad Kissingen.
Parking spaces are available in our underground car park for EUR 9 per day. Please reserve the parking space at the same time as your booking.
By train
Use the ICE junctions to Würzburg or Fulda and change there for Bad Kissingen.
By aeroplane
Frankfurt/Main and Nuremberg airports are about a 90-minute drive from our hotel.
In Bad Kissingen
Keep going in the direction of Bad Bocklet and then head towards the city centre/theatre. Drive past the theatre and turn left into Frühlingstraße – you are now heading directly for our hotel.
HYQ – certification by DC Deutschen Cert GmbH & Co. KG
DC Deutsche Cert GmbH & Co. KG offers a hygiene management certificate called HYQ, which is specifically designed for the hygiene requirements in the hotel industry. Re-certification takes place every three years. After analysis of the current state of the existing hygiene concept and its implementation, qualified auditors draw up an action plan based on comparison with DC Deutschen Cert GmbH & Co. Kg’s catalogue of requirements. This action plan and the subsequent implementation of the necessary measures are the basis for the final certification audit.
Hotel Frankenland has been the newest member of the certified hotels since the end of October. In light of the challenging situation in dealing with COVID-19, our team decided to set an example with the help of the HYQ certificate. In these uncertain times, we want to actively offer our guests a sense of security and dispel any possible concerns with regard to a relaxing holiday in “Frankenland”.
